Boehmite is mainly used as a coating for lithium-ion battery cell separators and electrodes.


Coated on the battery separator: improves heat resistance and puncture resistance, enhancing the safety performance of lithium batteries.


Coated on battery electrodes: prevents burrs generated during electrode slitting from piercing the separator, improves safety, optimizes the production process, and increases energy density.

● Coated on the surface of separators, cathodes and anodes
● Functions:
oHigh temperature resistance, preventing thermal shrinkage and short circuit
oImproving battery safety, cycle life and rate performance
