Product Introduction
Silane Surface-Treated Aluminum Hydroxide Micropowder is surface-modified using organosilane with both vinyl and silyl bifunctional groups.
As an efficient adhesion promoter and surface modifier, silane forms a strong bond between aluminum hydroxide micropowder and organic polymer materials.
Surface treatment renders the aluminum hydroxide micropowder hydrophobic, improves compatibility with polymers, enhances dispersion, reduces melt viscosity, and upgrades processability of filled polymers.
1.Improved thermal dimensional stability of cables, with sufficient mechanical strength at high temperatures.
2.Filling ratio of aluminum hydroxide micropowder can reach up to 65%, providing high-efficiency flame retardancy while maintaining good melt processability and physical properties.

Applications
Its key functions include:
enhanced polymer compatibility, improved dispersion, reduced melt viscosity, better filling and mechanical properties, optimized flame retardancy and smoke suppression, improved electrical properties and weather resistance.
Mainly used in flexible filled rubber cables.
Also widely applied in silicone rubber, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, PVC, electrical insulators, flame-retardant paper, electronic potting compounds, etc., meeting halogen-free environmental requirements.
